Requirements
Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years professional exterior painting experience
Professional experience means full-time work that would appear on your resume
Must have your own basic hand tools (brushes, rollers, scrapers, etc.)
Experience with ladder work up to 32 feet
Knowledge of proper surface preparation techniques
Understanding of different paint types and application methods
Physical Requirements
Lift at least 50 lbs consistently
Work on feet for extended periods
Climb and work safely from Type A ladders (rated 250 lbs or less)
Work comfortably at heights up to 32 feet
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Professional Standards
Full-time commitment - This is a career opportunity, not a side job
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Ability to follow directions from crew leaders and management

Availability
Available for work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (weather dependent)
Occasional Saturday work as needed during peak season
Flexible with start times based on weather and project requirements
Background
Must pass standard background check
No major felonies for theft, violence, or related crimes
Reliable transportation to job sites
