We are looking to add hard working, motivated, dynamic people to our team!
The majority of carpentry repairs are as follows:
- Cedar shake replacement.
- Window frame replacements.
- Window sill replacements.
- Deck repairs.
- Gutter repairs.
- Siding repairs.
- Trim replacement.
- Soffit repairs & replacement
- Facia repairs & replacement
- General rough carpentry work.
- Outdoor carpentry is roughly 90% of the job position.
Requirements:
Full-time.
Be a nice person.
Lift at least 50lbs.
Valid drivers license.
Clean and neat appearance.
Speaking and understanding English.
Available to work Saturdays as needed.
Have required basic carpentry hand tools.
Keeping your personal problems at home.
Conduct oneself in a workmanlike manner.
Positive attitude and team player mentality.
Climb and work off ladders up to 32 feet tall.
Work on your feet for extended periods of time.
Strong work ethic and ability to move with purpose.
This is a W2 position. State, federal, and local taxes will be withheld.
Pay every Friday via direct deposit. You don’t have to chase us for a check.
HAVE INTEGRITY, the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.
Available for work from 7am to 5pm depending on weather, project, and time of year.
Pass a standard background check. No major felonies for theft, violence, sex crimes, etc.
The ability to take directions and instructions from a crew leader, foreman, manager, or owner.
Climb Type A ladders of all heights and work comfortably. Type A ladders are rated for 250 lbs or less per ladder.
