As an appliance repair technician, you are a key member of our team. Responsible for accurately diagnosing & repairing appliances in customers' homes. Responsibilities include ; Communicating via telephone as well as in-person with office staff, Providing accurate diagnosis & repair of all major appliance brands, Providing cost estimates for repairs, Collecting payment from customers for work performed, Strong written & verbal communication is a MUST!
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older, Valid drivers license, able to pass a criminal background check, able to pass a drug screen. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, hear, reach, climb, & occasionally lift and/or move 50-100lbs Ability to work both independently & as part of a team.
