Seeking an “experienced” and “results-driven” salesperson for a “commercial” cleaning company in the Akron, Canton, and Cleveland areas.
Generate and qualify leads via phone, email and in person.
Travel within the Akron,Cleveland, Canton areas to meet prospects.
Professional dress required when meeting with prospective clients.
Maintain records of all sales leads via phone, e-mail and face to face.
Must have a well-developed, professional phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations is essential to fulfilling the job duties. Aside from a social and positive personality, you must be a self-starter, proactive problem solver, since not every day will be the same.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional phone etiquette.
Highly motivated, determined, and target driven.
Proven track record in the sales environment.
Ability to create and deliver client presentations.
Expert in time management and personal organization.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Willing and able to work independently.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales goals.
Must have excellent computer and research skills.
Knowledge of creating sales proposals helpful.
Must have 2 – 3 years experiences in sales in the commercial cleaning business.

$15 - $20/hr. to start
