Rocc Solid Construction- We are seeking energetic and driven SALES REPRESENTATIVES to generate leads, close deals, and assist homeowners with their insurance claims for hail damage restoration. This is a high-income potential role, perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
What Will You Do?
1.) Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking and referrals.
2.) Educate homeowners about hail damage, wind damage, restoration process, and their insurance/retail options.
3.) Conduct free roof and exterior inspections to assess storm damage.
4.) Guide clients through the insurance claim process, ensuring they receive the coverage they deserve.
5.) Close deals and manage projects from start to finish with the support of our experienced team.
6.) Provide top-tier customer service and build long-term relationships with homeowners.

1.) Sales Experience (preferred but not required- if you have hustle, we'll trin you!)
2.) Strong communication skills- and negotiation skills.

4.) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5.) Comfortable with door-to-door sales and talking to homeowners.
6.) Basic knowledge of roofing and insurance claims is a plus but not required.
