Job Description:
As an experienced door-to-door canvasser, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in residential areas to promote our products/services and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing and should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads and promote our products/services.
-Engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner to convey product/service information and answer any questions.
-Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
-Provide feedback and insights to the management team to optimize sales strategies.
-Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
-Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a door-to-door canvasser or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Must possess a working smartphone, independent transportation, and a printer.
Experience training or supervising canvassing teams is preferred.
