Position Summary:
We are currently seeking driven individuals who would like to join our team. We are looking for individuals who want to climb the ranks with our company, starting as a Customer Service Rep. We need great people to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be crucial in our inbound and outbound marketing efforts to generate mortgage leads. As the number one retail lender in the country, we offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $10 to $20 per hour, based on bonuses and hourly wages. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to advance rapidly to become loan officers, potentially earning a mid-six-figure income.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound marketing calls to generate mortgage leads and foster client relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to clients throughout the mortgage application process.
Assist with collecting and verifying client information, documentation, and financial details.
Collaborate closely with loan officers and team members to ensure a seamless mortgage experience for clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update databases as necessary.
Qualifications:
No prior experience in the mortgage industry is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Motivated and eager to learn with a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Hourly Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on bonuses and hourly wages)
Opportunity for rapid advancement: Successful candidates can advance to our loan officer Training Program every 30 days. Loan officers have the potential to make mid-six figure income.
