Part Time: 5 days per week 6 hrs per day (in office)

Base Salary: $2,400 per month ($1,200 paid on 15th each mo & 30th each mo)

Commission: 10% of Each Client's First Bill.

Probation Period of 90 days then base Salary Amount is $3,500 per month ($42,000 annually) + 10% Commission

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the promotion and sale of our premium commercial cleaning services to various businesses in various industries. The ideal candidate will excel in cold calling and follow-up techniques, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted cold calls to businesses with the aim of promoting and selling our comprehensive commercial cleaning services for a commitment of 5 days a week or more.

Implement a strategic follow-up process to nurture leads and drive conversions, ensuring consistent engagement and rapport building with potential clients.

Utilize various platforms, including Google and other innovative tools, to expand our contact database and cultivate a robust audience base. Proactively seek out new leads and opportunities to maximize sales potential.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales approaches and enhance competitive advantage.

Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions, representing our company values and commitment to delivering exceptional service quality.

Take ownership of this role and actively contribute to the growth of our business. Embrace opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance sales skills and expand responsibilities within the organization.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the commercial cleaning or hospitality industry.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive communication style, capable of articulating value propositions and overcoming objections effectively.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and platforms for lead generation and customer relationship management.

High level of adaptability and resilience, able to thrive in a dynamic and challenging sales environment.
