Looking for a Community Manager to manage 2 properties in Cleveland, OH area. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experienced with Onesite or comparable property management software. Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, proven experience in rental community management, and proven supervisory skills. Candidates must also have knowledge and experience with budget handling, daily operations of a residential property and tax credit. Must have superior verbal and written communication skills in order to fulfill resident requests and concerns which may be
routine or emergency in nature & must be comfortable leading a team of employees.
Dependability is an absolute must. Real Estate licensure will be required in order to
