We are a small established fence & deck company growing quickly with a friendly work environment that is seeking a General Office Assistant to help us with setting up and organizing our growing office with a positive attitude and great energy. This position is year round & full time. Compensation will be based on experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Answering incoming calls
Effective written and verbal communication
Review job worksheets and incoming vendor receipts
Interact with crew members/salesmen to process job related paperwork
Accurate data entry, produce summary reports
Must be familiar with Excel, Word & QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Work well independently
Able to work in fast paced environment
Interacting with customers & vendors daily
