DUTIES:
RECEIVING:
-Unload raw material trucks using fork lift and hand jacks.
-Verify and sign packing slip to confirm material receipt.
-Notify QC to verify product conformity to specifications.
-Move raw materials to designated storage locations and deliver completed paperwork to inventory manager.
PRODUCTION PREP:
-Stage raw materials for scheduled production
-Verify that each raw material is segregated so that production can transport into production area.
-Verify that all materials moved into and out of production are properly noted on usage documents.
FINISHED PRODUCT STORAGE:
-Label, shrink wrap all finished product pallets.
-Note all product completed and moved into warehouse for storage.
-Verify and note all raw materials removed from production and make sure they are stored properly.
SHIPPING:
-Verify truck is empty and clean.
-Pull and stage finished goods per order.
-Load pallets into truck trailer noting all product codes, production codes, case counts.
-Deliver BOL, trailer seals and all paperwork to driver and make sure they are signed.
-Distribute paperwork to driver and inventory manager for verification.
Manage organization of complete warehouse.
