Growing small CNC shop looking for experienced and skilled quality inspector, must be GD&T expert.
First shift only, full time, health insurance, company IRA (like 401K) with match, vacation
Candidate must be:
Detail oriented, positive and proactive
Expert blueprint reader, identifying and working with datums
Capable of identifying ideal measurement method and tooling
Develop and execute inspection and work instructions as needed, plan and execute PPAP and first articles per customer needs
Work with a small team of quality inspectors to maintain quality and ensure smooth process flow
Preferred skills:
Use and program PCDMIS for CMM and vision system, linear height stand (Mahr Digimar, etc)
Comfortable with DOD requirements, MIL-W-13855, MIL Spec requirements and general engineering principles
Calibrate and maintain gages
