1ST SHIFT POSITION
Fast Growing food production facility is seeking Maintenance Technician for 1st shift operations.
Job- repair and maintain building and processing equipment.
Duties-
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all equipment and building including:
All Production and Plant equipment
Works closely with Operations Manager to review items in need of repair.
Repair all equipment as needed.
Maintain all parts of the facility.
Follow safety standards as required by OSHA including lock out tag out on machines.
Performs preventative maintenance and maintains a log of completed tasks.
Follows guidelines, personal practices/personal processing practices.
Qualifications:
Technical school background. Knowledge of electrical, electronics, hydraulics, plumbing, pneumatics, general construction and HVAC. Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA. Must complete safety and technical training. Must have good communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritize duties. Duty may include physical effort, including lifting 50-70 pounds, bending, squatting and reaching. Must be able to supply hand tools: wrenches, screw drivers, pliers, hammer, sockets, etc. Multimeter experience very helpful.
MUST BE HIGH ENERGY, SELF STARTER AND DEPENDABLE
