Skilled machinist / General maintenance / Set up technician / Custom machine builder

There is a lot of variety in this position as well as many special projects which include improving existing machinery and helping to design/build new tooling and machines.

Requirements:
-Basic machinist duties using manual Bridgeport and lathes, hand tools, drill presses, forklifts, and other manufacturing tools
- Basic knowledge of welding
- Basic knowledge of electrical
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics
- Knowledge of motor drives and PLC
-Troubleshooting breakdown or repair situations
-Must have the ability to read blueprints, drawings
- Initiates and installs improvement projects.
- good safety practices and organization skills
