Must be able to read and write English, Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred, but not required. This is a VERY PHYSICAL JOB. The 1st day they start at 6am, then 5:30am after that. If they are in the bakery, the start time is 5am. This is a heavy lifting (above the shoulder), very repetitive position. It is cool in the production room and very hot in the bakery. The pay starts at $16, with good attendance and doing a good job they will be increased to $18. The mixers typically get OT weekly.
