Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in automotive parts assembly preferred.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
· Familiarity with different types of automotive parts and components
· Ability to read and interpret detailed instructions.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
· Effective communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20+lbs
