Position Summary
Under limited supervision, performs mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies. Works from production and assembly drawings, parts list, diagrams, schematics and verbal/written instructions within a Lean Manufacturing environment.
Essential Job Functions
Ability to follow processes while maintaining process control.
Capable of reading drawings
Use of hand tools, including power tools
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Complete final test of the finished product by following standard test procedure and adhering to one-piece flow
Collect and input data into various systems, as required
Cross-train within the production cell to learn additional assembly, kitting and packaging operations
Maintain quality standards
Mechanical assembly of company products
Education/License Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Assembly experience required!
