As a Mowing Crew Member, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our residential and commercial clients' properties. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality workmanship and safety. This is a full-time, seasonal position with potential for career growth into skilled landscape roles.ResponsibilitiesProvide professional mowing services using walk-behind, ride-on, and zero-turn mowers.Detail areas around buildings, trees, etc., using string trimmers and edgers.Safely load and unload mowers and lawn equipment.Perform basic maintenance on mowing equipment.Clean up grass clippings and debris from properties.Adhere to all safety guidelines when operating machinery.QualificationsExperience operating lawn mowers/outdoor power equipment is preferred.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Capable of performing strenuous outdoor labor in all weather conditions.Detail-oriented with a focus on providing quality workmanship.Landscaping experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.CompensationWe offer competitive pay starting at $18/hr, with weekly pay periods.
