We are currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Tech to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Must be able to build and install mailboxes (template & materials provided)
Perform routine preventive maintenance (light tree trimming, lightbulb replacement, site trash pick-up, minor
plumbing/electrical repairs)
Maintain material and supply inventory
Must be able to clean first story gutters (as needed basis)
Indoor pool water testing (training provided)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
Positive & friendly demeanor
Clean & professional appearance
Hours & days are flexible at this 55+ community with Lodge, indoor & outdoor pool, tennis court, friendly residents & staff! Background testing, drug-free workplace; resume expected. No solicitations.
