We have a unique property here on the lakeshore. 108 residents 12 buildings and we are ISO a qualified maintenance tech to do our unit turns, Work Orders as needed and overall maintenance of property. Must have some electrical, plumbing knowledge. Knowledge of boilers/roofs are a plus, but not required.
Must have own reliable vehicle, with valid drivers license. Must pass drug test. must have basic tools for the job.
If you have worked at an apartment community this is a plus, too. We pay to your qualifications and we work as Independent Contractors.

We are looking to hire this week for immediate work on Monday the 24th of March. Hours will be Monday through Friday 9-5 and every other Saturday 10-2pm. Will have on-call phone for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
