Looking for a energetic individual to work in an Apartment Building,
Primary responsibility is to make apartments ready for re-rental.
Must have basic skills to complete the job.
Making apartments ready for re-rental include:
Lots of cleaning:
All appliances, scrubbing fridges and stoves, sinks, toilets, windows, molding, walls,
floors, carpets.
Carrying: buckets of paint, carpets, flooring,
Moving appliancers: refrigerators, stoves and furniture.
Some painting.
Replacing blinds,
Making small repairs, assist in more complex repairs.
And everything that is needed to get ready the unit for re-rental.
Other responsibilities when not working on an apartment:
Cleaning hallways and yard.
Cutting grass.
Organizing storage rooms.
Part time:
Work is scheduled weekly. 10 to 4 Monday to Friday, (6 hrs per day)
24 to 30 hours per week.
$15 per hour.
Not required, but can also schedule work 10-2 on Saturdays when needed.
