HostPros is seeking experienced cleaning professionals for regular cleanings of local short term rental properties. We need people who meet the following:
● Attitude – we hire only positive, energetic people who are committed to going above and beyond to make our guests’ experiences exceptional. A willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback is essential.
● Availability – preference will be given to candidates with the most availability and flexibility. Most work is done between 10 AM – 4 PM every day. All applicants must be available during these times at least 3-4 days per week and be able to work at least every other weekend.
● Communication – clear, consistent, timely communication is absolutely essential. Candidates must have a smartphone, bank account (for direct payment of invoices) and active email account.
● Skills – Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
● Transportation – you must have reliable transportation to get to locations all around the greater Cleveland area.
