Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
· Independently perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet of vehicles and equipment.
· Take the initiative to conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance needs, addressing them promptly.
· Execute basic repairs and upkeep tasks within our buildings and facilities without direct supervision.
· Demonstrate a self-starter attitude by proactively tackling miscellaneous duties related to maintenance and upkeep as required.
· Utilize a company vehicle to travel to various locations and accomplish maintenance goals effectively.
· Serve as the point of contact for various third-party vendors, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
· Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including notes on repairs performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance needs.
· Prepare and submit regular maintenance reports to management, providing insights into maintenance trends and recommendations for improvement.
· Manage inventory of regularly used parts and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient procurement processes.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet and facility maintenance.
· Proven track record of being a self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to accomplish goals.
' Must be able to work Tuesday thru Saturday.
· Proficiency in performing routine maintenance and minor repairs.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
· Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to upholding high standards.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
