Smurfit Westrock is looking for quality individuals to join our Production team in Cleveland, OH. Current openings for:
ASST MACHINE OPERATOR
Hiring Immediately - Full Time
Great starting wage! Starting at $19.31/hour
1st Pay increase after 60 days, will bump up to $21.84/hour
Schedule: Days/1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 6 am - 4 pm
Manufacturing experience (preferred) however not required - full training provided.

The Asst Machine Operator/General Laborer will safely perform a wide range of tasks, conducting quality checks, material set-up, machine set up and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and powered equipment.

What You Need to Succeed
Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate powered equipment, and other duties as assigned.
Ability to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position.
Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
Maintain a clean work environment. Ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent. Military training and or Technical School preferred.
