Lead Generation Specialist

The Lead Generation Specialist will engage the community and gather interest in the Health Insurance products we offer.

Sales:

Conduct outside sales outreach to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.

Develop and deliver health insurance sales proposals and presentations to potential customers.

Follow up with potential customers and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions.

Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.

Marketing:

Engage customers in networking events and offer them the health insurance services and solutions.

Develop and nurture relationships with external partners and internal teams.

Demonstrates the functions and utility of products and services to customers based on their needs

Skills:

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to show value and explain product technical advantages.

Spanish language a plus.

Qualifications:

Proficient with email, MS Office, and CRM tools.

Flexible working evenings or whenever prospects are available.

Self-starter, integrity, passionate, high energy and people skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Spanish/English.

Familiarity with health insurance and technology is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Type: 1099 Contractor /starting at $1500/wk

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Travel requirement:

Frequent Travel
