Job responsibilities
-Data entry into Sandata Website. Employee and patient demographics as needed.
-Visit Verifications with timesheets in Sandata
-Training overview with new hires on how to use their check in device.
-Following up calls on noncompliance of device usage.
-Follow up training on those with noncompliance
-Reporting to management failure of compliance
-Ordering and returning devices for employees
-Maintaining employer training in sandata, so we are up to date.
Our agency provides home health aides in the patient's homes.
Medicaid requires the aides use a device like a cell phone application to check in and out.
That is what I am referring to as device above.
$15/hr 36 hrs approximately a week.
