We pride ourselves on hiring active seniors as Caregivers (CGs) for our Clients- allowing for an organic connection and respect between the CG and client.

We’re looking for:
A caring, empathetic, patient, and reliable person
Someone with a positive attitude, a willingness and open mind to meet our clients where they are physically and mentally
Maturity to deal effectively with the demands of the job

What you’ll do:
Companionship & personal care are our primary service- spend time with our senior clients to help brighten their day, and help them with daily living tasks
During the course of time with our client, other tasks may be required, such as:
o Grocery shopping, cooking/meal preparation (novice to chef are welcome!), light housekeeping to help our client be proud of their home, laundry, pet care (taking a dog for a walk or feeding the cat- we take pet preferences into consideration when pairing a Caregiver and Client)
o Other various tasks may arise but will be shared and training if needed before you’re asked to do something new.

o Requirements must be met to qualify and enroll
What you’ll need:
Ideal candidates are active, mature adults (50+)
Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of Ohio
o Have your own vehicle with state required insurance in place
o You must have reliable transportation to the Client’s home
Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 8 hours long, as needed to complete assigned tasks, including walking up and down stairs as needed.
o This is not an overly physical job, but CG’s will be helping those that may not be as physically able to execute daily tasks, so independent mobility is essential.
Ability to safely operate a personal motor vehicle (either owned by the Caregiver or Client), in necessary weather/light conditions, safely following all state and local laws.
