Description We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team remotely. This role focuses on ecommerce and direct-to-consumer marketing, with the primary responsibility of enhancing user functionality and assisting with website redesign. The position is based in Cleveland, Ohio, United States, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry.Responsibilities: Design and implement effective ecommerce strategies to enhance user experience. Assist in the whole process of website redesign, ensuring the site is user-friendly and interactive. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed. Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement in user experience. Collaborate with other team members to develop landing pages that effectively communicate the brand's message. Use Adobe Flash, AngularJS, CSS, and Figma to create engaging and interactive designs. Conduct user experience research to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences. Implement A/B testing procedures to understand user behavior and apply the insights for design improvements. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in user experience design. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Flash is required. Must have experience in AB Testing. Familiarity with AngularJS is essential. CSS knowledge is necessary. Design skills are required. Must have experience in User Experience Research (UX Research). Proficiency in user experience software is necessary. Familiarity with Figma is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. Applicants must demonstrate a high level of creativity and problem-solving skills in their approach to UX design. Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and understand business needs. Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications. A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and projects. Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin, and OmniGraffle. Continual learning and exploration of UX and UI trends and techniques.
