Our client in the Cleveland, Ohio area is looking for a Technical Writer / Trainer. This is a 3 year contract position.

Will help facilitate prepared curriculum for applications we support, participate in projects and help document workflow and

documentation to support our end user community, and take on additional duties as needed. They should have a high aptitude for learning software applications, being able to breakdown processes into manageable steps, and good facilitators for synchronous

training events both virtually and classroom-based delivered.

Position Summary & Essential Duties:

- Facilitates training sessions in support of our client's services, applications and systems to educate and provide continual learning for employees.

- Assists in the design and development of applications based training programs including classroom-based curriculum and distance learning.

- Designs/Writes classroom-based training curriculum and all supporting documentation for end users.

- Ensures training materials are current and valid.

- Responsible for scheduling, communicating and arranging logistics for courses offered.

- Aligns work with customers, process, knowledge, HR performance management, and community.
