Senior Finance Manager - US Based Remote

This role will be leading the Regional Finance Function and reporting to the CBR Finance Director of Strategic Execution. The role will involve redefining the finance support function to increase growth, innovation, and strategic partnering throughout the business by delivering actionable, insightful information and analytics! The finance business partner candidate will be part of the local leadership team and continually seek to improve performance and efficiencies and will collaborate across several groups of the business to drive short and long-term business objectives:Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

Build close partnerships with Regional Leadership teams, including Regional Presidents, LOC Presidents, and Regional Vice Presidents to support the financial operations of the business.

Facilitate strategic conversations including footprint optimization, staffing, and growth to help achieve company goals and objectives!

Deliver business intelligence including dashboards, scorecards and other relevant information to Regional Leadership teams, leveraging CBR reporting suite to drive insights and performance against targets.

Collaborate with other CBR Finance Leadership to streamline processes and automation, review performance against objectives, and determine pivotal initiatives upon which to execute.

Establish frequent, regular operating rhythms with branch managers to help educate, guide and influence decision making, identify strategic opportunities, and support agent growth and efficiency.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to regional business partners and the broader Coldwell Banker Realty organization

Qualifications:

B.S./B.A. Finance, Accounting or Business Management, MBA preferred

10+ years of experience in finance

3+ years in leadership role

Extensive analytical, information technology, and business improvement knowledge

Outstanding leadership and relationship management ability

Self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment with decision making ability.

Exceptional interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)

Real Estate Brokerage experience preferred.
