Job Description - Scrum Master III
Scrum Master6 Month Contract (Opportunity to extend or convert) Cleveland, OH The Senior Iteration Manager is an inward facing organizer and facilitator who will work within the project and collaborates with the rest of the project team. This individual will be responsible for facilitating team activities, developing and tracking metrics, and reporting all project activities for 1-2 delivery teams. Encouraging teams to adhere to Agile values and team norms will be a crucial component of this position. Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in IT, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
- PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred.
- 5+ years IT and/or Business experience.
- 5+ years hands on experience managing IT projects.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office applications and Project Management tools.
- Broad base of technology and business experience including strategy, design, implementation, operations for application development organizations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with external partners preferred.
- Experience with Agile project methodology.
- Understanding of servant leadership preferred.
