Quality LeadJob DescriptionResponsible for determining materials and product conformance to customer drawing and quality requirements through in-process and final inspection as defined by inspection/test plans, inspection reports, and internal Quality Systems.Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform incoming and final inspection of machined components using precision measuring devices
Create, complete, and control clear and accurate inspection report documentation for record-keeping of project measurement data
Review and develop inspection and test plans, assist with in-process machining audits
Report non-conforming material and product, support the completion of non-conformance repair activity: assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
Assist with customer source inspections and customer quality-related visits and requests
Maintain internal calibration system via internal device audits, and support the development, writing, training, and implementation of process documentation
Take part in internal process audits, assist with process improvement activities, and support the development, writing, training, and implementation of process documentation.
