Description Robert Half is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about marketing. As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing budget activities, coordinating marketing materials, maintaining relationships with partners, and supporting various marketing efforts. Manage all budget and invoicing activities with meticulous attention to detail.

Act as the marketing point of contact for Consumer Services, gathering insights and proposing actions to enhance consumer experiences.

Coordinate materials for Sales meetings, including new product samples and sales sheets.

Maintain relationships with partners like AC Nielsen and assist in executing activations.

Develop and maintain an organized Marketing Team Share Point site.

Support various marketing and cross-functional teams in coordinating efforts such as website updates, data collection, internal communications, and social media posting.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1+ years of professional experience; Marketing organization experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Capable of independently working towards goals and prioritizing efforts across multiple requests.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
