Welcomes patients and visitors in a warm and caring manner. Staffs the Welcome Desks and utilizes the visitor management system to verify identity accurately, assess the appropriateness of visit, and produce security badge. Expeditiously answers questions and provides patient information and directions courteously, respectfully, and friendly.Qualifications:Required:

High school graduate or passage of a high school equivalency exam.

Two years experience in a face-to-face customer service position in a healthcare, hospitality, or retail environment.

Ability to provide clear and accurate verbal instructions.

Demonstrates initiative and independent problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests.

Presents a professional demeanor at all times.

Possesses basic computer hardware and software skills.

Ability to operate basic electronic equipment.

Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Strong customer service skills, including service recovery.Preferred:

Proficiency in a second language.
