job detailsWe are seeking Call Center Representatives to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our client's banking customers. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to banking products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for helping others. This role is fully remote, and scheduled hours will be between 8 am - 8 pm.salary: $19 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 8 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their banking accounts, products, and services.

Assist customers with account inquiries, including balances, transactions, and statements.

Resolve customer concerns related to online banking, debit/credit cards, and transactions.

Provide information on bank products such as checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.

Process account updates, including address changes, stop payments, and new product enrollments.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further action.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer concerns.

Meet or exceed call handling and customer satisfaction metrics.

Accurately document customer interactions in the bank's system.

Stay informed about bank policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information.
