Email Marketing Specialist

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Email Designer in Cleveland, Ohio. This role centers around the creation and implementation of email marketing strategies, utilizing tools such as Pardot, Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Integration, HubSpot, and Marketo. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly integrate these tools in a fast-paced telecom industry environment.Responsibilities: Develop email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention Design and implement email campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce Pardot Integrate Salesforce and other CRM systems for effective email marketing Utilize HubSpot and Marketo for creating and managing email marketing campaigns Monitor email campaign metrics to optimize performance Work closely with the communications department to align email marketing strategies with overall company goals Resolve any email delivery issues promptly and efficiently Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in email marketing Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials Continually assess and improve the email marketing process for efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Email Design. Demonstrated proficiency in Pardot and Salesforce Pardot is required. Experience with Salesforce Integration is essential. Expertise in using HubSpot is necessary. Proven ability to work with Marketo is advantageous. Strong knowledge of email design principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team. Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking. High level of creativity and attention to detail.
