Description Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Retail EnvironmentDuration: Approximately 6 weeksSchedule: 40 hours per week with shifts during the following days/hours:
Monday to Friday: 11 am to 7 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday: 1 pm to 5 pm

This temporary position is part of a dynamic seasonal project lasting approximately 6 weeks. Sound written and verbal communication skills
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Microsoft Office knowledge required
Experience with Microsoft Windows
Restaurant industry experience
Customer service experience
Perform Data Entry experience
Retail experience preferred
Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Proficient with computers and technology platforms
2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
