Requirements:

• • Assists in the prevention, assessment, and treatment of student-athlete injuries.
• • Prescribes routine and corrective exercises to strengthen muscles and maintain student-athlete performance.
• • Design customized individual training programs.
• • Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

• • Knowledge of NCAA and conference rules and legislation and committed to abiding by them.
• • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• • Strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills and have a "Customer Focus" attitude and delivery.
• • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and work as an individual contributor and an effective team player, in addition to being highly organized, self-directed, and forward-thinking.

• • Possess the ability to effectively plan and coordinate.
• • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
