This position will also perform notary service at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and empathy.The idea future caregiver is someone who:

The shift is 7:00am-5:30pm.Responsibilities:

Coordinates processing and reconciliation of expirations and autopsies between multiple departments, institutes, regional hospitals and outside entities.

Accepts, releases and logs patient, guest and staff personal items.

Accepts, releases and logs lost and found items.

Provides Notary Services for staff and visitors

Other duties as assigned.

Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Certifications:

Notary Public (NP) preferred.

Complexity of Work:

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related role, front desk or call center experience in a high volume area.

Prior job experience with typing or computer training or equivalent coursework.

Healthcare experience preferred.

Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Critical thinking, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, written and communication skills with exceptional customer service.

Significant attention to detail.

Knowledge of personal computers sufficient to input/extract data via computer.

Strong problem-solving skills required to coordinate multiple resources and requests.

Ability to work with various service requests software application, shared network drives and Microsoft Suite applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Physical Requirements:

Typical physical demands include a high degree of dexterity to produce material on a PC; normal or corrected vision, normal or corrected hearing, extensive periods of sitting, occasional lifting or carrying of 5 to 15 pounds.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $15.75Maximum hourly: $21.65The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
