Now hiring for a building maintenance technician. This position will be dealing with daily building maintenance for residents of an apartment community: work orders, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and any other routine building maintenance. This is a full time, Monday Friday position. Guaranteed 40 hours per week of work. Bi-weekly pay. No lack of work worries. Full medical benfits package only after 30 days! Competitive pay.
