Lead Pre-K Teacher

Our Lead Teacher is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment . In addition must be a team player, working with Assistant teachers and other Administrative staff. Our Lead Teacher must have a CDA or Early Childhood Teaching Credential's or an Associate's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or related field. Our Lead Teacher will perform cleaning duties set forth by the Administrative Team, must be able to create a lesson plan , be willing to take Step Up To Quality trainings as assigned, be able to establish positive and effective family relationships, Communicate in a professional manner with families and staff. Be creative to help establish a fun learning environment for the children through art, music, dramatic play and blocks. Create a multi-cultural learning environment.
