Key Tasks/Requirements:
Answering phones, scheduling, filing
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Quickbooks, & able to learn new software dispatching program)
Learn HVAC/Plumbing business & prioritize calls
Evaluate incoming service calls & schedule for the right technician
Relay detailed & accurate information to technicians & customers
Maintain positive attitude during high stress situations with customers, technicians & other employees
Some other daily tasks may include: ordering materials, checking in orders, cleaning office area
