Call Center Customer Service Representative- Remote

You must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable call center experience, basic computer / typing skills, excellent attendance. You must be well spoken and self-motivated while possessing a positive spirit and the ability to learn and work quickly. In addition, each employee must own their own compatible laptop or desktop computer (NO Chromebooks) and have reliable high speed internet service, at your own cost.

New hires are expected to attend remote, paid, training for approximately 2 weeks from 10-2 pm daily. Training is done online but you will be required to go into the Westlake office to complete the paperwork.

Compensation is $13.65 per hour. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Benefits include health insurance (partially paid by the company), 401K, life insurance, paid holidays, referral program and vacation time. Employment of 90 days for some benefits to take effect/ 1 year employment required for others.
