We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our esteemed real estate agency. As a Driver for our agency, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transportation of our clients, staff, and materials to various destinations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Safely transporting clients, staff, and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
Operating and maintaining company vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in good working condition at all times.
Assisting clients and staff with getting in and out of vehicles, loading and unloading materials as needed.
Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of passengers and cargo at all times.
Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and staff, providing exceptional customer service.
Communicating effectively with agency staff to coordinate transportation schedules and routes.
Keeping accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
Reporting any accidents, vehicle issues, or safety concerns to management promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a professional setting.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry moderate loads.
Familiarity with local roads, landmarks, and routes is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
