Key responsibilities:
Initial site assessment:
Inspecting water-damaged areas to determine the extent of damage, identify the source of the leak, and assess the need for structural repairs.
Water extraction:
Removing standing water using pumps, vacuums, and other specialized equipment.
Drying and dehumidification:
Setting up and monitoring drying equipment like dehumidifiers and air movers to thoroughly dry affected areas.
Mold remediation:
Identifying and removing mold growth resulting from water damage
Structural drying:
Utilizing drying techniques specific to different building materials like drywall, flooring, and furniture
Damage mitigation:
