Compensation:
Experienced Craftsmen typically make $35-55/hr + Bonuses + Company Truck w/Fuel. Keep in mind all Craftsmen are W-2 employees, not subs. If you want a six-figure income, that is possible, but you need to have the sales, service, technical and leadership skills to earn it.
