Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborer to join our team for an upcoming project in Hamilton, OH, that is expected to begin in March. The ideal candidate must be mechanically inclined, able to perform physically demanding tasks, follow directions, and work well with others in a team environment.
Requirements:
Must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (e.g., hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, etc.)
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
Must be mechanically inclined with basic knowledge of tools and equipment
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Strong teamwork and effective communication skills
Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
Willingness to work 40 hours per week with possible overtime
