HILLS Properties is currently seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to share responsibilities at two of our luxury apartment communities, Island Club and Waterford Place, located just 10 minutes apart in Maineville and Loveland! Primary responsibilities include grounds maintenance, drywall, and painting.
Candidates must possess strong communication and customer service skills, have great attention to detail, and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
