We’re currently seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead on-site crews and ensure high-quality workmanship on residential roofing jobs. Job Summary:
The Roofing Foreman is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at jobsites, including leading the crew, ensuring jobsite safety, maintaining quality standards, communicating with customers and office staff, and ensuring projects run on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both roofing experience and team management capabilities. This position would also require the ability to execute residential roofing repairs and install K-Style aluminum gutters as needed.
Preferred Skills and Requirements:
- At least 3+ years experience in residential roofing (shingles, flashing, underlayment, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and understand work orders, plans, and scopes of work
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation
- Experience in safety protocols and jobsite supervision
