Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Coating Installer to join our team at The Concrete Doctor. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of various coating types, ensuring high-quality workmanship that aligns with our commitment to customer satisfaction. This position is essential in helping us deliver durable and aesthetically pleasing flooring solutions.
Job Duties
· Load trucks and vans with all proper items needed to complete the job.
· Prepare and prep floors for installation.
· Proper usage of all tools, power tools and equipment.
· Application of coatings to prepared concrete surfaces.
· Maintain proper housekeeping and adhere to job site safety and regulations.
· Complete all training in a timely manner.
· All installers are required to conduct themselves in a safe manner at all times to ensure their safety and the safety of those around them.
· Participate in safety and job related huddles and meetings.
· Proper usage of all PPE and safety equipment.
· Other duties as assigned by crew leader.
Safety
· Ensure that each team member is completing work in safe manner and following safety protocols.
· Visually inspect work areas.
· Participate in job huddles and review safety requirements for each project.
Skills and Abilities
· Proper usage and handling of all tools and equipment.
· Valid drivers license
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Focused on safety and maintaining high safety standards.
· Must be able to pass a background check
Requirements
Proven experience in concrete coating installation or a related field is preferred but not required. If you have a good attitude and willing to learn
Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Ability to pass background check!
